okay so this was just straight up graphic child rape (in a way which could very well be considered child porn), with little to no plot other than adults not listening to their children, and 8 year-olds speaking as if they were 16. i genuinely don't know how ANYONE finds it okay that such graphic and detailed scenes about a CHILD getting sexually assailted are being written... especially with basically no trigger warning at the beginning. i don't even want to get into how cw just dumped every possible trauma on lizzie just to justify the way she treats others like i'm sorry but this entire book was DISGUSTING.

and before anyone says "oh but it's about cw's real life" yes I GET IT and i'm not saying that these things don't happen or that i'm ignoring that NO it's about how detailed and graphic it is (especially with no real trigger warning that explicitly states the topics). cw spends more pages dedicated to playlists, a glossary& name pronunciations than on trigger warnings!
