This is a very cute book, both in terms of art and in the presentation of Earhart's transatlantic flight. It gives some of the gravity and danger that Earhart faced, but it really played up the human strength and endurance that her flight showcased. There is also some sense of the community and comradery that both went into the flight, and came about because of it. In a time when many people feel that people are moving further apart and there is so much division, it's a wonderfully uplifting book.
