The story was really cute but admittedly it was a little lacking. Some elements would have benefited from being developed a bit more - oftentimes it jumped the gun, saying things or having things happen without much prefacing them and that was something that bothered me a bit.
That being said, it was a sweet little story, very nice and soft. It showed some darker themes but dealt with them (or didn't, just presented them) without any heaviness - which was nice to have once in a while in my opinion. Additionally, Blue and Hamal are very cute together and I wish we could have met them earlier in their relationship, see how they got close. It was also really amazing to get representation like that (queer love, but also Hamal is arabic and chubby and Blue is Hispanic (I think?)). It was also graphically very pleasant and I enjoyed the style a lot.
