Probably my favourite read of our current postal book club round. It took me ages to get through the foreword / introduction.... but halfway through I finally decided to skip it and start reading, I could not put it down. So many things to discuss.... characters, history, emotions, facts v fiction, oh boy, I cannot wait to see my fabulous friends, ideally by a fireplace cuddled in (Irish) woollen blankets, to talk about this one.
