I really enjoyed this book. My heart broke for all of the horrible things that had happened to Noah over the years, and u was just rooting for him to finally, finally get to have something that was good and made him happy with no caveats. Adriano was such a sweet man, and the fact that they'd met previously while Noah was in college and it was clear even back then that he was interested in Noah just added that extra layer of rightness. It made the falling fast not seem as far fetched. I liked that there was a good amount of like... personal angst, but not a lot of relationship angst in this book, too. There were a lot of side characters here that I felt like maybe were in some other books, but it wasn't necessary to have read them because I enjoyed all of them even without knowing who they were. I also really liked Adam and Talia, especially Talia's epic burn on Eric! Overall this was just a really sweet story, and although there was a lot of sadness, I was still smiling through most of it.
