⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 4.5/5: This book is a short, sweet, and simple love story that shows that love can be the cure to the most difficult and devastating experiences. I read this in preparation for the Broadway musical I’m seeing at the end of this month and was not disappointed at all. I was tearful at in the second act of the book as it drew up personal experiences of family members with memory loss. This may be why this book felt so emotionally deep for me. Giving it a half star reduction due to the fact that it was short and could have used a little more time to develop the characters and their relationship.
