I was honestly a little let down by this one, especially since it's the final book in the series. The first half felt like not much was happening at all other than just slow build up. Even when we got to the action in the second half, it was still such a small part of the book. It just didn’t hit as hard as I expected.

Also, I gotta say I saw way more chemistry between Wren and Alarik than with Tor... Just to put it out there haha. Overall, it wasn’t terrible though, but as a conclusion it just didn’t fully deliver for me. I wanted more emotion and more everything you know?
