When Stephanie Archer said that Georgia was going to be the next FMC in the Vancouver Storm series, I was so excited! I loved meeting her in The Wingman and I knew her sassy and bold character would be quite the intense match for Alexei’s focused and serious demeanor. Although I understand the layers to their hatred and the assumptions that got them there, I did find it hard to be on Alexei’s side sometimes because he is so good at being an asshole 😂 But as Georgia lets her defenses down and Alexei shows his caring side, it becomes obvious that they are the best match for each other. Congrats, Stephanie, on your trad publishing debut!
With a hatred that burns with the power of a thousand suns, you know the hate f*cks are gonna be hot! They initially start fooling around to burn off some steam and because they both love testing each other to see who will cave first 😏 Over time, Stephanie keeps the competition aspect of their intimate life while also using their moments to show how Georgia and Alexei’s defensive walls are falling down and how they’re building trust at the same time. There’s also a delicate intimacy that develops via the meaning of the flowers he sends her and one day I hope to be someone’s Teasing Georgia rose 💛
