We Kill Killers by S.T. Ashman

4.0

An unlikely duo: Leah, a world famous pianist and genius with savant syndrome; and Liam, an FBI agent. Both trying to make the world a better place but in very different ways. While Liam puts them behind bars, Leah puts them in the ground. After the events of the first book, they have now teamed up in the hopes that together, they can remove the worst of the worst from the planet. Only now, someone seems to have Leah in their sights.

It's been a while since I read the first book, but I remember enjoying it much more than this one. However, this one was great, too. It's always fun to read about female serial killers, especially someone like Leah who is a savant, struggles with normal human emotions, and manages to have a huge public career. Her career makes her extracurricular activities that much more daring, knowing that she could lose everything if it goes wrong. I enjoy reading about the growing partnership between Leah and Liam, and I hope to see that continue. I'm super excited to start the third book tomorrow.
