An Astronaut's Guide to Life on Earth: What Going to Space Taught Me about Ingenuity, Determination, and Being Prepared for Anything by Chris Hadfield
4.0
I find the title a bit misleading, while the subtitle is the correct one. There are lots of learnings and insights into the space training, however I find only a small number of those to be applicable to life on Earth. After all, it is a very specific profession in extremely specific circumstances e.g. one cannot have the luxury of training, training and training again for a particular task on Earth (and due to lower risks perhaps that's also not wise to do). So it's a joyful and captivating read, but don't expect this to be a strong inspiration for you to revisit your daily routines and practices.
