This book is very important. Even people who don’t normally read nonfiction really should read this one. Dr. Mark’s research and resulting insights are extremely relevant to everyone’s day to day lives. We are all stressed and burned out, and Dr. Mark is able to explain why and then present truly achievable advice for better managing ourselves to feel less stressed. Personally, however, as someone with adhd and who doesn’t usually read nonfiction, I found the organization a little troublesome. This book is organized into 3 sections, and I had trouble getting through the first 2 in order to finally reach the advice section.
