For the Sake of Elena
by Elizabeth George
Not a lot to say about this one. I didn't really realise when I picked it up that it was #5 in a series but that turned out not to actually matter. I'm sure some of the plot with the personal lives of the police would have been a bit more layered had I read the previous four books but even in this case, the author provided enough detail I didn't feel at all lost.
The book was entertaining, but I can't say it made me think.
