I enjoyed reading this when I was about 14. It was funny and the voice of Becky Bloomwood draws you in the story (beware of second hand embarrassment), but when I reread it at a twenty-something, I suddenly found her annoying.
She lives in London on Fulham Road, and has a job as a journalist. Yeah it might be in a finance magazine, but it's a good career???
Becky Bloomwood has it good but she doesnt see it. And likE SHE cant STOP SPENDING MONey?! She becomes very annoying very quickly. Literally just cancel your credit cards and pay ya DEBTS you wet wipe.
