3.75⭐️ Anna boards a luxury train with a plot for revenge to those who killed her family. She doesn’t want them to die. Instead she wants to hand each of them over to the FBI when they reach Chicago with the evidence that proves each person’s role. This plan goes sideways when a passenger is killed. Anna must figure out who to trust and how to stay alive until they reach their final destination.
First, the cover of this book caught my eye and made me want to read it. The book was a slow start and hard to get into. But I liked how the book was split into sections by the hours remaining on the trip. Chapters did became kind of repetitive and I almost think the twists were too packed in at the end/ over done.
The one falls in the middle for me among my Riley Sager rankings. Not my favorite but not my least.
