Thank you to Netgalley for an arc in exchange for an honest review.

What I liked:
- the supernatural element(s)
- that the mc was bi male - haven't come across this rep in many horror books

What I didn't like:
- this was so messy. The story was a little all over the place with too many elements happening at once and too many side stories going on
- the sex. Listen, the first one was business like and no passion with a fade to black and the second time, which was with the same characters, was smutty as hell??? Pick one or the other
- it's marked as horror but it's not (which is kinda a good and bad thing so I don't know where this point really lies)

I think these points are more my personal problems with it than an overall general problem in some cases so even though it wasn't for me, I could see other people liking it.
