Beaks, Bones and Bird Songs: How the Struggle for Survival Has Shaped Birds and Their Behavior by Roger Lederer

informative inspiring medium-paced

5.0

I ADORED this so much!!! I officially feel like a birder upon reading this.
The pacing, facts, and overal organization of content kept me interested and in awe throughout the whole book.
I also really appreciated how it was written as sometimes with animal/nature books I can become lost and overwhelmed by a vast amount of unfamiliar terms without prior knowledge. There are also many beautiful black and white photos and diagrams throughout. I can't recommend this enough!
