How to Make Friends with the Dark by Kathleen Glasgow

Did not finish book. Stopped at 38%.
I was interested in the beginning, but as I got to the 164th page I was disinterested. I love this author but can’t finish this one. I think the majority of the book is
expressing how depressed and guilty Tiger feels because of her mothers death. This was fine but it felt like it was TOO many pages and I thought between that and continued foster homes it was enough.
I want to try and read this again.
