I wish I loved this book as much as the first one but sadly it fell majorly short for me. The MC was not my favorite. I found the sob story of her not wanting to be famous to be boring, predictable and way too much of a “poor me” situation. I also thought that West being her number one fan made their love story a lot less genuine and a lot less believable. When they finally realized that they had feelings for each other, the entire basis of their relationship from that point on felt very lust driven. It was insta love and sex as soon as they admitted their feelings for each other and really took me out of feeling like this was a true romance and not just a raunchy lusty relationship.
