I absolutely adore books about secret societies and this one was no exception. The concept of the Red Court being in a high school when so many are set in collegiate situations was a stroke of excellence, as far as I’m concerned.
And the characters were actually relatable and believable, enough that you felt their pain and struggle as the story went on. I’m wholly impressed. The twists, the surprises, and even the ending has me wishing for a sequel AND possibly a Netflix series.
Huge applause. Great book to start my month on.
