FIRST REVIEW 2018:
okay first of all i'm ALL FOR THE PLATONIC HUGGING IN THIS BOOK OH MY GOOODDDD GIVE ME MY SOUL BACK

Now I'll try to give a coherent review but don't get your hopes up.

I got into tumblr on early 2013. Basically its golden age for 14 year olds like me. Fandom everywhere, weird discourse, people discovering their not so popular sexualities (hello i'm pan and probably ace), nightblogging, tumblr user pizza, dashcon... it was a mess, but it was a safe haven at the same time, somehow. I know it was for me. And I know it changed through the years, maybe because we all had 14-19 at that time and now I'm the one who's 19, and basically we've been socialized so we collectively don't make stupid long posts anymore (I'm looking at you, "tricking your parents into thinking you're reading when you're actually on your phone") or don't talk as passionately about our fandoms anymore. I don't really know what changed, but it feels like I've been chasing that feeling of hilarious, bizarre belonging ever since it did. And this book brought me back to it, head first. It felt good to be back.

Also it was physically impossible to stop reading. I love short chapters with all my heart because they pull me in like this book did.

I have a lot more to say but I don't know how, so I guess I'll leave this review here.
