I wish I liked these stories more or more of them. I enjoyed both Harrison novels I've read much more.  These just seemed all over the place which a lifetime retrospective is probably bound to do. Only a couple were captivating or surprising.  None really stayed with me. Harrison can definitely write,  I just think his strength is in longer works
The Sunken Lands... and Course of the Heart are both deep, eerie and wonderful.
