What an ending to a series I've had a little bit of a rough time with. I couldn't really vibe with Jade War.

Jade Legacy lives up to its name. It's so great. Fonda Lee does not shy away from killing characters, so this book was sprinkled with emotional moments all throughout. Even for characters I didn't like, I couldn't help but shed a tear.

Anden is one of my favourite characters I've had the chance to read. I wish I could be like him.

I really liked the time jumps although I can't really picture the characters aging up. It's a flaw I have.

My main complaint was the ending was a bit anticlimactic, but they ended up resolving that reallyyyy quickly.
I should have known Ayt Mada's sleevefull of tricks wouldn't leave me hungry for drama.
