The Pact by Max Monroe
5.0

Oh this couple was so much fun! They were absolutely perfect for each other! I love how Flynn is a man of few words and Daisy is a woman of many, many words. Or as Flynn says, she says enough for the both of them. And he says that not out of annoyance either.

While in Vegas with his brothers, Flynn sees Daisy run out of a hotel. He happens to be on his motorcycle and she runs over and hops on telling him she needs a ride. Now he's not normally one for being spontaneous or impulsive, but something about her calls to him. She ends up rambling, something she does when she's anxious, and tells him her work visa is up and she needs a miracle so she's not deported back to Canada. He says he'll make a marriage Pact with her. She doesn't believe him at first, but then they're getting married by Marilyn Monroe impersonator.

What starts out as a fake marriage starts to feel all too real. Flynn always seem to know exactly what Daisy needs. She helps him to open up too. I love watching them make each other better people. All the little personal things they do for each other is beautiful. This story definitely brings the heat and the heart.

I received an ARC for an honest review.
