leelulah 's review for:
Annabel Lee
by Edgar Allan Poe, Gilles Tibo
This poem is something like the goth version of the Romance of Conde Olinos, where instead of classic love everlasting, stronger than death, you have a man haunted by the envy of angels having separated him from her beloved. I have read this one many a few times, but apparently never marked it as such here. Let this be the day.
