A lot of this book felt a little bit like a filler novel because it was more worldbuilding rather than plot or character developing. However, the end character development of Coco and Tartah and their struggles with the rules of witches imposed on them was really good. Plus, the chapter with the Knights Moralis and the peeping contraption had a great message and helped me understand the knights moralis better, even if it could have been skipped without affecting the plot.
