Light Behind the Lies is a debut book for the author and is the first book in the series. For being the debut book, the writing was good and the characters were well developed. This one did take me a bit longer to get through as it is slow to start, but it did get better as it went along. It is a roller coaster of emotions and I loved the relationships between the characters. Overall, good book and I will likely read the next!
