Treachery in Death by J.D. Robb
5.0
One of my fave JD Robb novels. A clear antagonist, with a case that allows the characters to just "do the job" without a ton of trauma to work through. The Eve Dallas character is always complex and interesting in all the books, but it's nice to give her a case that doesn't require her to sift through her personal traumas. I also enjoy the focus on her bullpen and colleagues, so it isnt "Eve and Roarke" solving the case, but rather solid police work.
