Reading this was a rollercoaster for me, because I went from being neutral towards it to REALLY liking it to kind of disliking certain parts.
I really really liked the story and the overall idea. I think there should have been another edit where the characters spend a bit more time together so the ending feels more natural and also more impactful. Wjen now it felt a bit cheap and unrealistic.
Overall, I enjoyed this and I will be reading the next book.
