The first half is exceptionally boring to me. Catalina seems bland and Aaron Blackford just a bit too much of a wannabe sexy man. Slow-burn is probably just not really my thing, I guess

The second half is good, even though shit suddenly got down a little too quickly, especially in the end.. the spice was, well, spice, so hot.

The plottwist at the end just didn't seem that convincing to me. Aaron doesn't seem like the type of guy to have a lot of worries in the book and neither does he seem like someone who shoves it away as a coping method.

And really, besides Catalinas workplace romance trauma, there's just nothing about her and I guess I need interesting characters to actually really like the story.
I really struggled to get into this but after page 350 or something it turned better. Was okay.
