Great book. Wonderful combination of personal experiences, analysis and recommendations for women and men to have more choice in their careers and family lives. Sandberg highlights the damaging effect of gender stereotypes perpetuated by both women and men. And she is not shy to use her powerful position to speak up against discrimination and bias, to call herself a feminist (yes!!), to encourage women to go for leadership positions, and to call for better policies that will allow all people to achieve more balanced lives. Highly recommended.
