Booked on a Feeling by Jayci Lee

2.0

A big city lawyer, burnt out af, goes on an extended vacay to the small town where her BFF lives with his 20 years of unspoken, unrequited love for her and together they save a local business.

My favorite part of this book was the Korean culture woven in without being too over the top. Always here for Asian lead characters. My gripe with books about book lovers is that they are often a bit too on-the-nose, as this was. Appreciate the exploration of the FMC’s anxiety as well. This is a less-good but more Asian Book Lovers.
