It's quite short - I read it in just a few hours. For most of this book, I was reminded of the Rachel Cusk books I've recently read. But something in the ending feels more direct, more judgemental of the narrator than I found in the Cusk books. I liked this book although I'm still puzzling around with what it all meant.
