Yet she finds herself drawn into their search for a sleeping Welsh king through Latin-speaking forests and corpse roads.

Original review (2020): This book was ADDICTING. I made the mistake of listening to the audiobook at night on a 25-min timer and every night I would be wide awake at the end of the timer, wishing I had set it for longer.

The writing style surprised me constantly, so many clever moments and compelling characters and driving mystery. I need the next one immediately!
