4.25⭐️ Wow. Mary Kubica got me again.
This one was eerie and dark. Mary does a great job at suspense throughout - even though I knew things were red herrings I still couldn’t untangle the ending and the plot twists?!?! I was shook.
It took me a little while to get into this book, and sometimes the writing felt overly descriptive, but she gets major points for a shocking ending!
