The Personal MBA 10th Anniversary Edition by Josh Kaufman
informative

This book has a lofty name, but it's mostly just a paraphrasing of a lot of different business books. And it focuses primarily on what it takes to create your own business instead of what it takes to lead an existing company.
Every topic is touched only at a surface level, and then the reader is encouraged to go research more on the topics that interests them. Which is fine, but is also very different from what the name and book blurb implies a person can get out of this book.
You can gain as much (if not more) from perusing online articles from Forbes and Harvard Business Review. If you really, really want a single book with high-level details on several different business topics, this book gets it done. If you want a book that will go in-depth on the things you really need to know to run a business, this book ain't it.
