I enjoyed this southern read centered around 2 sisters and their stormy past. With a deadly secret resurfacing, we watch as one sister sacrifices everything to keep a promise she made to her mother more than 40 years ago. It’s a slower paced story that is character-driven that has a neat bow at the end…you’ll be satisfied. An easy read by an author that I always enjoy!
