mndshlreads 's review for:
The Unwanted Wife
by Natasha Anders
Love it! Very angsty! :)
Theressa is married with Sandro, one fine Italian man. Apparently Sandro's not exactly what he seemed to be. He's been saving some "grudge" towards Theressa. And of course, Theressa know nothing about it , she act like normal loving wife without receiving love from her husband until one day she had enough. She's asking for divorce.
Again, don't judge a book by its cover. At first I don't really ship this book because of its cover. Not that I hate it, it's just seemed so.. Tacky. And amateur. But after reading some of the reviews, I was like, this book is THAT good? Okay, I think I'm going to give it a try. Then guess what? This book is THAT good! I love the angsty and I practically feel Terri's hurt. But in some part, I feel like I want to slap Terri in the face and yelled, "wake up! go find someone else at least to make your hubby jello!" but again, Theressa is one "innocent" lady. But I adore Sandro's guts to apologize in the end of the book, to bare his soul about his misunderstanding to Terry. Ah! Love love love!
Way to go, Miss Anders!
