This was pretty good. Moshfegh wrote one of my favorite books I'd read this year and I will read anything she writes. Lapvona was easy to read and contained completely unlikeable characters behaving poorly and destroying their lives and the lives of everyone around them. I thought it was pretty great in that regard. It was not particularly memorable but I haven't read anything like it. It's a short read and bleak so if you like that kind of thing it is definitely worth reading.
