There's no more powerful tool than mind games. Physical exertion pales in comparison to mental stimuli and that's why manipulating, gaslighting, and abusing the mind have become the ultimate weapons in modern society."
I know now why I love reading this series. Putting aside all the smut (and there is a lot, and definitely not for the faint of heart) (and it's good so do not miss it 🔥🔥🔥🔥), I'm really enjoying the in-depth approach to the characterization. I think if some of the books from this series find their way and are read by readers who have particular personality traits and mental struggles presented throughout the series, maybe they will get some free self-reflecting times and/or therapy.
This book is the 3rd one in the series and, in my opinion, is the best one of the three I've read. It might seem crazy to say (write) but it does sound realistic - if we put book events and experiences in a normalized context and see how they caused psychological and physical responses to the developing body, brain, and personality.
Cannot wait for the next book!
