After meeting Danny briefly in the previous book, I couldn't wait to read this.
After a 6 year relationship, Danny and Daisy were suddenly ripped apart 5 years ago when Danny left sleepy Hope Cove behind and went to chase his dreams.. but now he's back and Daisy doesn't know what to do about the boy who broke her heart.
I have to admit I was expecting it to be written from Danny's POV but I totally understand why it was from Daisy's. I did want to give Danny a piece of my mind to begin with, but then he claimed a piece of my heart instead and I wanted to do the same to Daisy!
I could tell these guys had never fallen out of love and just wanted the best for each other. And the chemistry between them in the dirtier scenes - off the charts!
I loved this right from the beginning and was absolutely stoked to discover Hope Cove is a real place - James made me want to jump right into the pages with her descriptive writing that just blended into the pages.
Another great book from Vicki James and a must read if you love a rock star romance!
