There was only one part that resonated with me and it was about identity and memory.  Who you are is affected by what you remember and what you perceived as reality.

Most of this was kinda eh, recounting individuals trauma and how they coped and treated it, some history of how treatments and research has changed the field of psychology and therapy over time, etc..
