Okay, listen!!! This book isn’t for everyone, but it was definitely for me! I was so very pleasantly surprised by this book.
This book is a very spicy DARK why-choose romantasy (like seriously, check your trigger warnings first). I went into it completely expecting just spice and barely a plot without any depth. I’m so happy to report that I was WRONG! The plot was plotting and the spice was SPICY. Melyr and Sebian are two sides to the same coin and they’re both brooding raven shifters riddled with trauma. And we love them both. We listen and we don’t judge.
I loved every second of this. So excited to dive into the next one!
