The Midnight Library by Matt Haig

I'm aware of the hate this book gets because of how it reads like a self-help book. I think it's rather beautiful and I don't think the concept is completely lost on the writing. I know it's a little bitter to be content about what we have but I don't think it's about that. I think it's actively finding what makes our own lives so different from each other, noticing the offerings of the earth and fellow humans, that make life bearable.
