Not into romance or fantasy novels. This is a 1.5 star review. I rounded down even though I enjoy the Cotton Malone thrillers and enjoyed The Balkan Escape.
This novella just was too far out in fantasy land for my tastes. I still plan to read the next novella installment, BUT that may be the end of my Steve Berry/MJ Rose readership if that installment is similar to this one.
