Horatio Hornblower meets HTTYD and somehow it works and feels like the most natural thing in the world.

Obviously there were dragons at the battle of Trafalgar, you just forgot about that because it was like saying there were muskets there.

I would call this a genre bender. Feels like historical fiction. It doesn't even feel sensational.

But the characters are likeable, the story interesting, and I could see myself reading more. Because who wouldn't want to hang out with Will and Temeraire?
