katieb94 's review for:
The Lost Symbol
by Dan Brown
This book was chunkier than the previous two, but one it got going the drama in it was very captivating and I wanted to continue reading.
This book is way way darker than the previous two, and I think this is because the main antagonist is crazy- although I could have done without Dan Brown describing his naked body in detail.
The twist between him and one of the characters was very surprising and unexpected, the way the story was written, I didn't see it coming at all and I had to put the book down for a bit to process what had just happened.
However, I still enjoyed this book. Dan Brown always fits a story around a well known city and I like this about his writing.
