When I originally picked up this book, I expected it to be sweet and wholesome, a typical small-town romance. 😇 Little did I know... 😲 I was not prepared for the unexpectedly steamy content! 🔥 After reading the first particularly passionate scene, I even said aloud, "Well, okay then! 😳 That's what we're doing right there in the kitchen!" 🤣 This book was full of surprises and has me wanting to read the entire series! 😍 I'm definitely going to read the first book in the series, then reread this one, before moving on to her other books (when they're published). I can't wait! 🎉 I especially enjoyed the fake relationship trope and the cute touch of the clue hunt.
