After reading other books on the subject of the AF movement and re-thinking the social importance of alcohol, this book left me wanting more from it. This would be an excellent read for anyone struggling with addiction or their alcohol consumption, but for anyone already stable in their moderation efforts, this book is unnecessarily repetitive.
