okay listen, book 1 was great, not the best, but it was an easy read. this book however…wtf. how tf do you not recognize YOUR OWN FUCKING BROTHER?!! i hated the fl in the beginning of the first book, but in book 2 she was INSUFFERABLE, she WOULDN’T STOP CRYING. Another thing i’ve been wondering since book 1 but decided to ignore HOW TF DOES NO ONE NOTICE THAT SHE’S A WOMAN?! the most aggravating thing of all, is her spilling every one of the secrets she has kept FOR MONTHS to him after getting married, IN A FUCKING BASEMENT!!! and her believing that he’s in love with her WHEN HE NEVER SAID IT BACK!!! the fl is dumb. so dumb and pathetic and naive and a major crybaby fr. I lost count of the number of times i gagged and rolled my eyes from how stupid the fl was and how cringe the writing is.
As bad as it is however, Im still debating whether or not i should waste my time reading the third book cause tbh i want to know if he actually betrayed her.
