I did that bad thing where it's a work night and instead of sleeping I finished this book. The only things keeping me awake today are willpower and the fact that I can now process the ending as much as a want without the little voice in the back of my head yelling at me to go to sleep.

I am absolutely inconsolable.

That's it. That's what this book, this series, has the power to do.

The Tower had a death flag attached to him essentially when he first made an appearance in book 1, but I thought there'd be more time...
